Our team recently carried out a comprehensive refractory maintenance project for a valued client in the cement industry.
The shutdown required a well-coordinated approach to ensure that multiple critical repair tasks were completed within a tight time frame.
From the moment our crew arrived on site, safety remained our highest priority. We worked closely with the client’s operational team to plan and execute each phase of the project with precision, ensuring every aspect was delivered to the highest quality standards. Despite the complexity of the scope, the work was completed on schedule , allowing the plant to return to operation with minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Scope of Work
- Demolition and thorough cleaning of existing brickwork.
- Installation of 24.5 metres of new brickwork.
- Replacement of the gratecooler bullnose with brick lining.
- Castable repairs in the kiln hood.
- Castable repairs in the cooler.
“Our teams travel from across the country to get to site, and we arrive ready to work. Preparation is everything in our industry, it’s what allows us to start strong and deliver results without compromise.”
