During a recent scheduled shutdown at a local cement plant, Trident Refractory Specialists was contracted to carry out key demolition works inside the kiln and cooler areas. Our team executed the project safely and efficiently, aligning with the client’s timeline and shutdown plan.
Scope of Work Completed
Our experienced demolition crew completed the following:
✔️ 35 metres of coating removed inside the kiln
✔️ 60 metres of refractory brick broken out
✔️ Demolition of Z-liners and the nose ring
✔️ Partial demolition on the cooler roof
✔️ Full mechanical clean-out using our in-house bobcat team
